The binocular dryer machine, also the binocular drying equipment or binocular drying machine, is used to dry particle materials with certain humidity and particle size including the yellow sand for the dry-mixed mortar industry, the casting sand for the casting industry, blast furnace slag and small particle clay for the construction cement industry, the small size materials that won’t change chemical properties and not be afraid of high temperature and smoke for the chemical engineering industry. Materials after dried can hold the water content of 1-0.5% and the material particle reaches smaller than 30mm.
Compared with the three-cylinder dryer, it’s more convenient for users to replace the lifting board of the binocular dryer machine. The heat exchanging air in the binocular dryer should not excess 750 degree; if the high temperature drying process is needed, the entrance internal cylinder and the lifting board of the binocular dryer should be made of heat resisting steel sheet.
