Flotation Separation of Gold Ore

Application:Gold ore flotation process is suitable for processing sulfide gold-bearing quartz vein ores, polymetallic gold-bearing sulfide ores and carbon-bearing (graphite) ores with fine gold particles and high floatability.

Notes:Many factors affect the flotation process: granularity (MOG), pulp density, medicament addition and adjustment, bubble and foam adjustment, pulp temperature, flotation process, and water quality.

Gravity Separation of Gold Ore

Working Principle:The commonly used gravity separation machines are gold shaking table, spiral classifier and spiral concentrator.

Application: It is mostly used to separate placer gold and vein gold to recover the coarse-grained gold that is dissociated before and after flotation and leaching.

Notes:The above three gravity separation gold separation methods are only used for monomer dissociated gold ore (placer gold ore). For vein gold minerals, the gravity separation process alone is rarely used. Generally, it will form a joint process with other processes.
