The industrial dryer machine or the industrial drying equipment made by Fote (Famous industrial drying machine manufacturer)dryer plant with the working principle of the hot air meeting the materials in the dryer has the advantages of high drying capacity energy saving function. We can adjust the hot air temperature to fit different wet materials. The heat source of the China industrial dryer comes from the burning device and Fote dryers adopt the fair current heating method.
Wet materials enter the cylinder via the feeder and then are pushed back by the spiral copying plate. As the dryer machine is placed inclined, materials flow to the back in the effect of gravity and rotation force. Meanwhile, they are lifted by the material copying plate again and again and then are scattered down, forming a well-distributed material curtain in the cylinder and touching the hot air completely. During the lifting and scattering process, moisture in the materials has been removed to realize the drying effect.
