It is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, mining, electric power and other industries, and is suitable for processing various non-metallic mineral materials with Mohs hardness below level seven and humidity at kiln dust level.

Working principle of Vertical Roller Mill

The main motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, and the fixed grinding roller rotates along the grinding disc raceway. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves at a constant speed from the center of the grinding plate to the edge. When passing through the grinding raceway, it is crushed by the grinding roller. The grinding force is provided by the hydraulic loading system. The large materials are directly crushed, and the fine materials are crushed by the grinding roller. After extrusion, a material bed is formed for intergranular crushing.

Drying and grinding are carried out at the same time. The hot air enters around the grinding disc evenly through the air ring, and the crushed materials are dried and transported to the upper classifier. Under the action of the rotor blades, the coarse particles return to the grinding disc for grinding ( Internal circulation), qualified fine powder comes out of the grinding mill along with the air flow and is collected by the system powder collector, which is the finished product.
